The first course in administrative theory analyzes the school context as organizational behavior including structural, motivational, cultural, leadership and decisional aspects. A course in theoretical perspectives closely considers a small number of theorists to give practitioners access to the research literature of the field and to frame problems as researchable questions.
This course allowed us to develop an understanding of theories related to leadership and organizational behaviors.
