Strive for excellence, was the duty given to Achilles, Homers greatest heroin in the Iliad.  It is also the personal obligation the professors here at Saint John’s University instill upon each and every one of their students.

It was because of their constant support and guidance during my personal “Odyssey” that I was able to complete my journey and for that I will always be indebted to them.

I was born in Toronto, Canada and relocated  to Corona, New York at a very early age. I attended Queens College and received my B.S in English/Education in 1993. Continuing on to Graduate studies I obtained my Masters Degree in English with a minor in Secondary Education in 1996. My love for teaching and desire to lead in my field I pursed a Masters in Administration and Supervision in 1999. Currently I am pursuing my Ed.D at Saint John’s University.
